DIRECTIONS BY CAR

Via the M8, take the A71, the A70 then the A8. Turn right onto Lothian Road at the west end of Princes Street. Turn left onto Laurieston Place at The Tollcross. From Edinburgh Airport, take the A8 into the City Centre and turn right into Lothian Road, then follow the directions above.

PARKING

Thistle Parking on Semple Street is a 2 minute walk from the Hotel.
 
The parking will cost guests of the Point Hotel £7 for up to 24hrs - To ensure you receive this price you must get your car park ticket validated at Reception before you pay, as the car park is not operated by the hotel we can not retrospectively discount the cost of parking if guests fail to get the ticket validated and then pay full price.

BY TRAIN

From Edinburgh Waverley, the hotel is a 20 minute walk along Princes Street and along Lothian Road.

BY AIR

Visitors can take the 30 minutes Airlink bus service to Princes Street, with the hotel a 20 minute walk away. Alternatively, visitors can travel from the airport by taxi. Costs vary with prices generally upwards of £14.
